Detailed report in English and Spanish within 48hrs of inspection, copies to yourselves, the builder and your solicitor.

If you are unable to attend the initial inspection of your property, Snag A Villa will be more than happy to carry out the inspection, however we appreciate that this is not always possible.

Whatever your situation we can assure you a thorough service will be provided.

We provide a snagging service to all golf and non golf developments in Costa Blanca, Costa Calida and Costa Almeria.

Commercials: price on request.

Each package includes initial snag report, progress check and a completion check.

Note: swimming pools are excluded from our service.

Terms of engagement

The aim of our service is to catalogue the outcome of a visual, non-destructive survey of the property to assess the quality of workmanship against relevant standards.

The inspection will cover the interior and exterior of the property, including garages, pathways and driveways where applicable.

Your attention will be drawn to areas not indicated in the report and Snag A Villa cannot guarantee that they are free from defects.

Snag A Villa cannot be held responsible or liable for any information or advice it has provided in good faith and the information can only be held as our opinion.

Snag A Villa cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions made during the production of said report.

Our inspectors are experienced property professionals and the service that Snag a Villa provides is not in any way a valuation or structural survey.

If however elements are noticed by our inspectors that raise concerns in these areas, then a recommendation shall be made that a structural survey is carried out.
